Obstetrics Ultrasound also called a pregnancy ultrasound, it produces real-time pictures of the developing baby (or fetus) within the pregnant woman. It can be done anytime during pregnancy. The patient needs to have a full bladder and an empty stomach is also not needed for this ultrasound.
